About the Role
Our client in the entertainment sector is seeking a Manager of Accounting & Financial Reporting to join a dynamic team. This contract position, with the potential for a permanent offer, serves as a critical bridge between internal operations and external public reporting requirements. The role is designed to support the company's growth by ensuring accuracy and compliance in quarterly and annual financial disclosures.
In this capacity, you will partner closely with the finance leadership to oversee company-wide SOX coordination and manage specific accounting responsibilities. The day-to-day involves contributing to public reporting processes, collaborating on annual audits and quarterly reviews, and conducting technical accounting research to navigate complex standards. You will also oversee select general ledger functions and step in to support special projects, including corporate transactional work, as business needs evolve.

Requirements

Nice to Have
