We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and hands-on Accountant to join our team. This role is designed for those who want to be an accountant with a purpose, pairing professional accounting skills with a passion for helping nonprofit organizations. The position offers a dynamic opportunity to provide transformative accounting services and build consistent, positive client relationships.
As an Accountant at YPTC, you will interact regularly with clients, their staff, Boards of Directors, and Finance Committees. You will work with multiple clients both virtually and on-site, adapting to a hybrid work model that allows for flexibility between home and office environments. The role is structured to support your growth, with clear promotion potential to a Controller-level position as the firm continues its unprecedented expansion.
