About the Role
The Accounts Receivable & Inventory Billing Specialist serves as a critical bridge between Finance and Operations, ensuring the financial integrity of our project-based workflows. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle for material, equipment, and inventory usage, requiring a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills to coordinate across teams.
Your day-to-day involves preparing and verifying customer invoices, monitoring aging reports to resolve overdue accounts, and processing diverse payment methods including checks, ACH, and credit cards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, warehouse staff, and operations teams to validate usage data, reconcile billing discrepancies, and ensure accurate job costing. This role is essential for maintaining organized customer files and supporting month-end closing activities with precision.

Requirements
