The Account Supervisor serves as the vital daily bridge between the agency and its client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of strategic marketing plans. This role goes beyond daily contact; it involves actively engaging with agency functional teams to deliver projects while providing significant input into the development of client strategies. The ideal candidate identifies opportunities to support new business activities within existing accounts and drives growth through strong relationship management.
In this position, you will collaborate with account leadership and business managers on strategic planning, billing, and forecasting. You will act as an internal expert on assigned clients, staying current with their brands, products, and marketing developments. A key part of the day-to-day involves overseeing senior account executives, guiding their work, and ensuring all project communications are grounded in truth. You will also manage the financial health of accounts by tracking costs, approving estimates, and reviewing invoices.
