Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAdvise customers on payment strategies and products to meet their financial objectives
- check_circleAnalyze account data to determine collection probability and provide recommendations
- check_circleCollaborate on the design and implementation of core business processes
- check_circleIntegrate marketing promotions into customer conversations to expand share of wallet
- check_circleExecute loss mitigation processes to resolve non-performing and high-risk accounts
- check_circleManage customer transactions and handle complex escalated requests professionally
- check_circleDevelop action plans to maximize recovery and safeguard the bank's interests
- check_circleReview and evaluate delinquent or high-risk accounts for collections opportunities
- check_circleConduct coaching and training to support collections personnel and departments
- check_circlePrepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards from gathered data
Requirements
