About the Role
This position serves as the primary resource for customers regarding current and future technologies via Keystone's Elite AGx and the Connect platform. The core mission is to communicate the value Keystone brings to the agricultural sector and ensure those values are delivered and realized by our customers. By acting as the farmer's trusted business partner, this role bridges the gap between complex technological tools and practical farm operations.
In this capacity, you will partner with producers to interpret data, adapt offerings to fit their specific goals, and develop strategic account plans. The role requires a deep understanding of the producer's business drivers, strategy, and buying practices to effectively position Keystone products and services. You will be the main point of contact for resolving issues, fostering relationships, and driving the go-to-market strategy across Grain, Agronomy, Energy, and Swine & Animal Nutrition divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleUtilize AGx and Connect tools to assist customers in interpreting information and make recommendations
- check_circleMaintain account and sales call records via Keystone Connect and Strategic Account Profile Sheets
- check_circleCommunicate daily with Location Manager and Operations on account progress and potential issues
- check_circleAct as a primary point of contact for customers, including resolving issues and complaints
- check_circleDevelop work habits that support the go-to-market strategy and communicate changes to stakeholders
- check_circleDetail, position, and sell Keystone products and services via on-farm calls and other formats
- check_circleDevelop Customer Account Plans to ensure producer objectives and targets are met
- check_circleSet and achieve sales volumes, profit margins, and other goals for assigned accounts
Requirements
- verified1-3 years of relevant ag sales experience
- verifiedBasic understanding of crop production, including basic agronomics
- verifiedProficient with MS Office suite
- verifiedBachelor's degree in an agricultural-related field preferred
