About the Team
You will join the Global Sales team, specifically within the Agency Sales division. This group is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with top agency partners and driving performance through data. The team operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to attend exciting industry events and help shape strategic campaigns.
About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who enjoy building and managing strategic partnerships while diving into data to identify growth opportunities. You will partner with corporate or agency accounts to develop outcomes that benefit American Airlines customers. Your day will involve analyzing customer needs through both online and in-person meetings, coordinating programs with field and staff departments, and preparing proposals and presentations to support retailing activities. You will also communicate updates on AA products and services as needed, presenting to senior leadership to influence sales strategy.
