About the Role
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will manage two large accounts in Massillon, focusing on maintaining stability and driving business growth through our chemical programs and technical services. One account is well-established, while the other is a recent acquisition with significant growth potential.
In this role, you will direct a dedicated technician supporting both mills, collaborating closely with an experienced representative and an area manager to ensure seamless execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships while documenting and presenting the value of our products and services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges in the field and driving continuous improvement in safety and chemical programs.
