As an Account Manager II, you will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of 100–200 mid and mass market accounts. Your mission is to ensure a positive customer experience, sustain and enhance relationships, and drive revenue growth through renewals, relationship development, and strategic upselling.
In this role, you will proactively consult with customers to understand their requirements, ensuring orders are processed correctly while meeting or exceeding renewal and growth targets. You will track at-risk and non-renewal accounts to understand cancellation reasons and develop strategies to retain business. A key part of your day involves conducting quarterly business reviews with at least 75% of your accounts in their renewal year, requiring approximately 50% travel time.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to build global market intelligence, sharing insights on customer needs, market trends, and supply and demand dynamics. Your work will directly contribute to organizational alignment, efficiency, and optimization for our diverse client base, ranging from leading commercial and government OEMs to top-tier authorized distributors and component suppliers.
