As an Account Manager II, you will partner with a diverse portfolio of 100–200 mid and mass market accounts to ensure positive customer experiences, sustained relationships, and revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively consulting with customers to understand their requirements, develop sales plans, and identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and new revenue streams.
Your day-to-day involves managing the full lifecycle of customer relationships, from handling inquiries and resolving issues to conducting quarterly business reviews with at least 75% of your accounts. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to share market intelligence and build global insights. This role requires a deep understanding of product offerings, subscription models, and the customer's decision-making hierarchy to effectively communicate solution value and maximize margins.
This position is fully remote but requires 50% travel to Arrow office locations as requested by leadership to support client visits and business development.
