As an Account Manager for Delivery Partners, you will own and grow a portfolio of Hub Delivery Partners across delivery stations in an assigned region. This individual contributor role is designed to drive successful partner launches, sustain high performance, and support long-term retention within a rapidly evolving last-mile delivery network.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for your partners, developing and executing territory plans that address complex operational challenges. The day-to-day involves close collaboration with station operations and program teams to build processes from scratch, solve problems, and drive innovation. You will act as a strategic partner advocate, gathering feedback to drive systemic improvements while monitoring performance trends to mitigate risk and prevent deactivation. Success in this role requires a strong ownership mentality, the ability to coach partners on operational best practices, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
