This opportunity falls under the Alliant Specialty division, where we focus on delivering expert support to our producers and service teams. Our mission is to ensure the seamless servicing and retention of existing accounts while actively contributing to the solicitation of new business. In this position, you will serve as a vital partner to Producers, supporting the growth and stability of our client portfolio. You will take on independent responsibility for the servicing and retention of assigned customers and policies, acting as a key point of contact for both existing clients and prospects. Your day-to-day involves analyzing exposures, developing renewal strategies, and negotiating rates to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. Beyond administrative precision, you will engage directly with clients to discuss coverage, resolve accounting inquiries, and manage collections, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
