About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a vital partner to Producers, supporting the growth and stability of our client portfolio. You will take on independent responsibility for the servicing and retention of assigned customers and policies, acting as a key point of contact for both existing clients and prospects. Your day-to-day involves analyzing exposures, developing renewal strategies, and negotiating rates to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. Beyond administrative precision, you will engage directly with clients to discuss coverage, resolve accounting inquiries, and manage collections, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleMaintain bordereaux for accounting and midterm transactions
- check_circleProvide technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs
- check_circleEnter and maintain complete and accurate information in the agency management system
- check_circleBind insurance coverage, prepare binders, and delegate certificate issuance
- check_circleResolve accounting discrepancies and manage receivable collections
- check_circleInitiate renewal processes and create renewal strategies with producers
- check_circleReview policies, identify deficiencies, and determine appropriate coverage levels
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- verifiedSix (6) or more years related work experience
- verifiedValid Insurance License Required
- verifiedMust continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
