About the Role
The Account Manager will provide professional, courteous service to our clients, producers, and company personnel. With a positive attitude, you will provide a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing our commercial accounts. Working alongside Producers, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of assigned accounts, including interfacing with appropriate decision makers, managing carrier relationships, collaborating with colleagues throughout HUB, and negotiating coverage terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage a book of Property and Casualty insurance business
- check_circleSupport sales staff in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding commercial accounts
- check_circleDevelop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads to meet production goals
- check_circleProduce binders, certificates, and endorsements while verifying their accuracy
- check_circleRemarket renewals, contact clients, and create renewal proposals in coordination with producers
- check_circleAssist producers in the premium collection process and handle accounting issues
- check_circleAdhere to all agency systems, procedures, and state regulations
- check_circleAct as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service, claims, and billing issues
- check_circleProvide professional service to clients, carriers, and colleagues to ensure account retention
Requirements
- verified1-2 years in insurance broker or agency or professional business experience
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verifiedProperty and Casualty Insurance License preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
- verifiedBroad knowledge of insurance products and usages
Nice to Have
1-2 years in insurance broker or agency experience. AA and/or college degree. Property and Casualty Insurance License.
