Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSchedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
- check_circleConduct field activities including product pickup and door hangers
- check_circleResolve customer issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment
- check_circleContact customers regarding expired agreements and references
- check_circleManage weekly delinquency goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- check_circleMaintain customer relationships through phone and computer interactions
- check_circleIdentify and create opportunities to renew customer agreements
Requirements
- verifiedExperience as a rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent-to-own
- verifiedValid driver's license with a clean driving history
- verifiedAbility to work a flexible schedule
- verifiedProfessional communication skills in English
- verifiedStrong computer and phone skills
