About the Role
The Account Executive serves as the vital face of Shamrock Foods, representing our products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it is about building multi-level relationships and driving customer success through strategic partnership.
In this position, you will regularly engage in face-to-face interactions to maximize sales growth profitably. Your day will involve prospecting new customers to build a robust territory while simultaneously nurturing existing accounts to grow their share of business. You will act as a consultant, supporting customers with menu engineering, food cost analysis to reduce waste, and sharing critical market intelligence and industry trends. The role requires conducting product demonstrations and comparisons directly at customer facilities, leveraging new product innovations, and utilizing technology to enhance the customer experience. Success in this role demands flexibility to meet the demands of the department, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
