The Account Executive is the face of Shamrock Foods, responsible for driving profitable sales growth through direct, face-to-face engagement with restaurants, resorts, hotels, and institutional establishments. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it is a partnership focused on customer success. You will act as a strategic advisor, supporting clients through menu engineering, food cost analysis to reduce waste, and sharing critical market intelligence.
In this position, you will build and manage a territory, cultivating multi-level relationships while introducing new product innovations. Your day involves conducting product demonstrations, optimizing sales and delivery operations, and leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience. Success in this role requires a blend of culinary industry knowledge and sales expertise to grow both your customer base and their share of business.

Compensation for this role is commission-based, directly tied to the achievement of performance goals. We are looking for individuals who are flexible and willing to adapt to the demands of the department, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Associate or Bachelor's degree. 2 plus years' experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or other related experience. Previous successful sales experience.
Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Menu Engineering, Food Cost Analysis, Customer Data Analysis.
Education: HS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate degree a plus; Bachelor's degree a plus.
