As a Territory Sales Manager supporting Washington, PA and surrounding markets, you will be the face of the Swisher portfolio. This role is designed to develop positive working relationships with store managers and buyers by serving as the product expert for our entire brand family. You will utilize deep product knowledge, store data, and available promotions to strategically offer a menu of options to retail partners.
Your day-to-day involves calling on retail and wholesale accounts, managing an assigned sales territory, and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers. You will consult and engage with partners on category management and business analytics to help improve their business performance. Additionally, you will manage promotional programs, enter store data in the Swisher Shield System, and secure point-of-sale and merchandising options to maximize product visibility in-store.
