Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is part of The Carrington Companies. We provide third-party originators, mortgage brokers, and financial institutions with access to government and conventional loan programs, as well as low credit score home financing and low down payment options. We are a growing team of uniquely talented professionals dedicated to transforming residential real estate.
About the Role
This position serves as the vital liaison between external brokers/sellers and our internal loan operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products across a 48-state territory. Your day-to-day involves acting as the inside presence for brokers, ensuring every step of the loan process is handled efficiently from submission to closing. You will partner with brokers to add value, manage the loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals, and facilitate the timely closing of wholesale loans and the purchase of correspondent loans.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent

1 - 5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive with multiple brokers, investors and loan products. Previous experience selling agency and non-agency loan products.
