As a Wholesale and Correspondent Account Executive, you will serve as the vital liaison between external brokers/sellers and our internal loan operations. Your mission is to develop and maintain strong relationships that drive the sale of wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. You will act as an inside presence for brokers, ensuring every step of the loan process is handled efficiently and that timely loan closings and purchases are achieved.
In this role, you will not only identify and gain approval for new mortgage brokers but also nurture existing relationships to ensure a steady flow of loan applications. You will advise brokers on company programs, pricing, and submission policies, while training them on our online systems for loan submissions, automated underwriting, and rate sheets. Your day-to-day involves managing the loan pipeline, collaborating with processors, underwriters, and coordinators to meet compliance deadlines, and providing a high level of customer service throughout the transaction.
