As a Wholesale and Correspondent Account Executive, you will serve as the vital bridge between external brokers/sellers and our internal loan operations. Your primary mission is to develop and maintain strong relationships that drive the sale of wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. You will act as the liaison between brokers and our internal teams—including processors, underwriters, and closers—to facilitate the timely closing of wholesale loans and the purchase of correspondent loans.
In this role, you will not only identify and gain approval for new mortgage partners but also ensure a steady flow of loan applications for existing customers. You will advise brokers on company programs, pricing, submission policies, and regulatory changes, while training them on our online systems for loan submissions and automated underwriting. Your day-to-day involves managing the loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals, ensuring compliance with pre-disclosure deadlines, and providing a high level of customer service throughout the entire loan process.
