Our Sales Account Executives are the vital connection between Lamar and the communities we serve. In this role, you will bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and the surrounding areas. You will be the bridge between marketing and sales, genuinely excited by every transaction, big or small.
Your mission is to meet and exceed sales objectives in your assigned territory by using professional sales techniques to develop long-term advertising relationships. These relationships grow not only Lamar's advertising sales but also our standing within the community. You will target businesses, visit established clients and competitors, and identify potential growth areas to open new accounts. A day in your life involves a blend of office work and field sales, utilizing computer tools to locate prospects, prepare proposals, and present to clients. You will actively participate in sales meetings, regional seminars, and trade shows to continuously develop your product knowledge and selling skills.
