About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to work in-home or at a center, integrating into the environment to help children develop essential skills. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing individualized treatment plans written by a supervising BCBA. Your day-to-day work involves data collection, session note submission, and collaborating with peers and supervisors to improve a variety of skills, including behavior management, toileting, feeding, and compliance. Whether you are a former childcare provider, teacher, or volunteer, this role allows you to apply your experience to support developmental and educational tasks.
