We are looking for smart, energetic, and technically focused individuals to help redefine the car-servicing experience.
The "B" Level Service Technician is responsible for understanding and completing routine repairs necessary for customer vehicles. This role involves performing general repairs and diagnosis with some assistance, covering areas such as light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, electrical systems, HVAC, and steering & suspension. You will utilize product and technical training assigned by the manufacturer and management, participating in manufacturer-sponsored programs to continuously expand your knowledge of new technology.
Your day will involve conducting road tests to determine necessary work and confirm successful completion, maintaining technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards, and ensuring customer vehicles are returned as clean as they were prior to service. You will also be expected to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding safety and hazardous waste disposal.
