About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be the backbone of our production line, safely operating machinery with maximum efficiency while strictly maintaining product quality. Your role is critical in upholding our regulatory and company guidelines for sanitation and safety. From machine set-up and troubleshooting to detecting product defects, you will ensure our operations run smoothly and our standards are met.

Working Conditions

You will work in a dynamic manufacturing setting that may involve long periods of standing or moving around mechanical parts and conveyors. The environment can be loud and subject to varying temperatures and moisture levels. The role requires the ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and perform frequent physical actions such as reaching, pulling, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, and bending.
