This role is part of the Fabrication division within Arrowhead at Regal Rexnord Automation Solutions. The team is dedicated to producing high-quality metal components, ensuring precision and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

About the Role

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be the driving force behind the fabrication process, responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machinery to execute various projects. Your day will involve a blend of technical precision and hands-on craftsmanship, from interpreting complex blueprints and work orders to configuring bend allowances for diverse materials like stainless steel, aluminum, and regular steel.

You will not only program and set up CNC machines but also perform essential finishing tasks such as deburring, filing, grinding, and polishing. Accuracy is paramount; you will conduct spot inspections, verify dimensional tolerances, and utilize precision tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure every part meets strict quality standards. Beyond machine operation, you will manage material handling using forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain detailed paperwork, and collaborate closely with production control and quality teams to resolve any machining issues.
