About the Role
A-Line is seeking a hands-on, bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations in Waterloo, IA. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, balancing leadership duties with active participation in production tasks.
As the supervisor, you will serve as the primary liaison for safety and HR during after-hours operations. Your day will involve leading a team of 15+ employees, assisting with hiring and training, and ensuring accurate timekeeping and daily production reporting. You will also be expected to operate various equipment, including forklifts and plasma cutters, and assist in breaking down transformers as needed.
Schedule & Location
This position is based in Waterloo, IA, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Additional overtime and Saturday work may be required as needed to meet production goals.
