As a Packer Operator, you will be a vital member of the production line, ensuring that finished workpieces are packaged, labeled, and prepared for transport with precision and care. This role exists to maintain the high standards of product quality and operational efficiency that define EDCO.
In this 1st shift position, you will work within a safe, team-oriented environment. Your day will involve folding and creating boxes, utilizing pneumatic staple-guns, handheld tape guns, and other material handling tools. You will be responsible for the entire packaging process, including stacking, palletizing, and transporting finished goods. The role requires adaptability, as you may need to handle unplanned changes or move between buildings to support production needs.
