You will also play a key role in personnel development, assisting with the recruitment, mentoring, and assessment of new hires. From coordinating faculty meetings to managing campus schedules and safety drills, you will ensure the school runs smoothly while maximizing instructional time. Additionally, you will represent the school at PTA meetings and district board sessions, strengthening home-school connections and community relations.
Candidates selected for an interview will be evaluated based on their leadership experience, instructional knowledge, and alignment with the district's mission.
