Reams Asset Management is an investment management boutique within Raymond James Investment Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial. Located in Indianapolis, IN, Reams focuses on investing in all areas of the fixed income market.
The Summer Associate will work closely with the investment team, specifically the Securitized Products team, bringing a high-level mathematics and quantitative background to the role. The team's mission is to enhance investment processes through robust quantitative analysis and to serve the investment team on a variety of tasks. This position is designed for someone with intellectual curiosity who is excited to work in a collegial environment and is interested in the quantitative elements that underpin sound investment decisions.
As a summer associate, you will be part of a temporary role designed to provide substantial variety and complexity. You will receive general guidance while adapting procedures and techniques to apply to more complex assignments. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about Reams' investment philosophy and its role within the broader fixed income markets while assisting with data requests and exploring desk-specific projects.
Applicants must be students in good standing pursuing a Master's degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field. Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
