About the Role

The Lead Janitor serves as an active member of the site Operational Team, bridging the gap between daily execution and strategic operational goals. This role is designed to lead a shift or site of employees while simultaneously performing janitorial duties, ensuring that all work is executed with a sharp eye for health and safety. The position exists to fulfill the Company's Values and Mission Statement while meeting contracted requirements to achieve exceptional cleaning and service standards.

In this capacity, you will drive systems and processes that improve client and employee satisfaction. Your day-to-day involves training team members, managing assigned projects, and building strong brand loyalty with the client. You will act as a customer service advocate, promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring a healthy, sanitized environment for both clients and guests. Success in this role requires the ability to establish priorities, work independently, and resolve problems effectively within a team environment.
