About the Role

The Production Team Lead at Magna Engineered Glass is a self-directed leader responsible for supporting and prioritizing the activities of their assigned manufacturing team, including temporary employees, to ensure production meets customer expectations in cost, quality, and delivery. This role is the heartbeat of the 1st Shift North Team, reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor.

You will maintain a safe work environment and actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts aligned with the MAFACT Production System. As a Team Lead, you are accountable for achieving production targets, managing labor efficiency, and maintaining high operational standards within your designated cells. You will serve as a safety role model, driving a culture of safety awareness throughout the plant, while fostering a cooperative team environment to meet daily production goals.
