Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage, drive and monitor daily plant operations to align with business strategy
- check_circleEnsure positive P&L performance through monthly analysis, reporting and staff involvement
- check_circleDevelop and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- check_circleBuild and maintain customer relationships with key account clients
- check_circleEstablish and maintain a positive, safe and team-oriented work environment through coaching
- check_circleEnsure implementation of best practice production standards and processes within the plant
- check_circleRepresent the plant on regional and group levels and serve on management committees
- check_circlePromote continuous improvement by driving Lean Management, business projects and 5S+1 initiatives
- check_circleCreate and maintain positive labor relations
- check_circleDevelop, coordinate and execute short- and long-term strategic and business plans
- check_circleEnsure overall compliance with company policies, TS16949, ISO 14001 and local legal requirements
- check_circleMonitor, analyze and report on organizational performance and KPIs to top management
Requirements
- verifiedDegree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar
- verifiedMin. 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing / automotive industry
- verifiedProficient in MS Office applications
- verifiedFluent English
- verifiedMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree. 3–5+ years of experience. Ability to work in a team environment and serve as a leader demonstrating vision, mission, core values, and key behaviors.
