About the Role

We are looking for a 1st Shift Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our client's office and warehouse facility in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role is designed for a self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive and outgoing attitude.

In this position, you will ensure all services are performed to established standards in a timely manner. You will be responsible for quality control using customized scorecards and managing the accurate tracking and ordering of client consumables. The role requires strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members, upper management, and customers, as well as the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. While the core schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, some weekend work may be required to ensure jobs are completed on time.
