About the Role
This position offers a Contract Driver opportunity (1099, Solo) focused on Line Haul operations across Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Flatbed trailers. Drivers can expect to average 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week with a gross weekly pay ranging from $1,500 to $2,500. The role includes a $500 sign-on bonus and requires drivers to handle 10% of load/unload duties and 25% tarping.
Home Time Flexibility
Drivers have the flexibility to choose their home time schedule. Options include every other weekend or a rotation of 3 weeks out followed by 4 days home. The standard expectation is 14 days out, with drivers earning 2 days of home time for every 14 days worked. While the baseline ensures at least 2 weekends home per month, drivers are encouraged to stay out longer if they prefer.
