About the Role
This position offers dedicated line haul opportunities on a few East-to-West lanes. The role focuses exclusively on live loads for Dry Van and Refrigerated trailers. Drivers operate as 1099 contractors, either solo or in teams, with no driver load or unload responsibilities required.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can expect to earn between $2,000 and $5,000 per week, with a guaranteed minimum of $2,000 weekly pay. Compensation is based on mileage, ranging from $0.50 to $0.55 per mile, with an average of 3,500 to 5,500 miles per week per team. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available per team.
Home Time
Drivers can expect to be out for 3 to 5 days at a time. The schedule ensures drivers receive 3 days of home time for every 30 days worked, with a guarantee of being home at least one weekend per month.
Orientation Details
The company offers a paid orientation process, which may be performed partly or fully online. Accommodation is covered during orientation, with drivers provided their own rooms. While travel expenses are covered, meals are not included.
Hiring Requirements
Candidates must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions, including (E) No Manual, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only, or (V) Medical Variance. Additionally, applicants must have at least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience.
