About the Role
This position offers a dedicated line haul opportunity with live loads only on East-to-West lanes. As a Contract Driver (1099, Team), you will operate Dry Van and Refrigerated trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The role is designed for teams who prefer no driver load or unload duties, focusing purely on driving.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive pay structure based on miles, ranging from $0.50 to $0.55 CPM depending on the driver. Teams can expect to average $2,500 to $4,500 gross weekly, with a minimum guaranteed weekly pay of $2,000. Additionally, teams are eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Home Time
Drivers can expect to be on the road for 3 to 5 days at a time. Our schedule ensures you get 3 days of home time for every 30 days worked, with a commitment to having you home at least one weekend per month.
Orientation Details
We offer a paid orientation process that can be performed partly or in full online. Accommodation is covered during this period, with drivers provided their own room. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses to get you started.
