The Zonal Program Manager serves as a senior-level leader responsible for the execution of support services within an assigned geographic zone. This position is pivotal in ensuring consistent contract performance, effective coordination across diverse stakeholders, and responsive support to the customer's priorities. As a key management lead, you will align resources, maintain operational continuity, and promote high-quality service delivery across a dynamic portfolio of leasing (brokerage and administration) and related real estate activities.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as primary point of contact for program, task order, and project issues across the assigned zone
- check_circleOversee contract performance to ensure services meet task order requirements and GSA policies
- check_circleCoordinate with leasing specialists, project teams, and stakeholders to support planning and project execution
- check_circleMonitor task order progress, milestones, and performance metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions
- check_circleEnsure timely submission of reports, status updates, and contract documentation in accordance with GSA requirements
- check_circleLead kickoff meetings, performance reviews, and customer engagements to communicate status and priorities
- check_circleProvide guidance and mentoring to assigned staff to promote effective execution and customer service
- check_circleIdentify opportunities for process improvement and strategic management of zonal portfolios
- check_circleManage day-to-day zonal operations, Transaction Managers, and Brokers including workload balancing and staffing
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- verifiedMinimum 5 years relevant experience
- verifiedAt least 2 years leadership/project management experience
- verifiedAt least 3 years commercial real estate/government leasing experience
- verifiedTraining in Lease Acquisition required
- verifiedTraining in Pricing in Leased Space required
- verifiedTraining in GLS Max Orientation required
