This seasonal, part-time role is designed to plan, implement, and supervise activities within a specific program area, directly supporting The Salvation Army's priority outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character, and Citizenship. You will serve as a vital link in the Youth Development team, potentially overseeing special programs such as Keystone, Youth of the Year, and Awards Programs. In the absence of the Program Coordinator, you may provide supervision oversight to other Youth Development Professionals to ensure continuity of services across unit and branch locations.

Your day-to-day work involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including program development and implementation, preparing youth for success, and managing facility and equipment. This position requires the ability to work effectively in both indoor and outdoor recreational environments, adapting to changing weather conditions and physical demands while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor with the public and co-workers.
