About the Role
As a Yard Retail Clerk, you will be the backbone of our customer experience, managing and coordinating the pickup of customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building professional relationships. You will engage directly with walk-in customers, assisting them with locating and loading materials while ensuring their orders are prepared and organized correctly. Your day will involve verifying order details against invoices, maintaining a neat and safe work area, and communicating with sales staff to resolve any discrepancies or special requests. It is a hands-on position where your ability to multi-task and your fundamental product knowledge will directly impact our customers' success.
