Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInspect materials to ensure products meet quality standards and order quantities
- check_circlePerform final machining, finishing, and assembly operations on aluminum poles
- check_circleOperate wood and small hand tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns
- check_circleBundle, crate, box, and wrap products for shipping to prevent freight damage
- check_circleExecute drilling, painting, and component installation on aluminum poles
- check_circleLoad trucks with finished products for delivery
- check_circleMaintain a safe and productive work environment while wearing required PPE
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verifiedOne year experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- verifiedAbility to calculate simple mathematics
- verifiedAbility to read and work with prints, drawings and work documents
- verifiedAbility to take measurements using close tolerance measuring instruments
- verifiedAcceptable attendance and prior employment record
- verified1 – 3 years of experience in shipping/receiving position (preferred)
- verifiedFamiliarity with radial saws, hand tools, overhead cranes and general shop safety (preferred)
