The Retail Service Associate supports the store team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operational, and transactional activities. This role serves as a go-to technical and operational resource, helping to maintain a clean and efficient store environment while providing exceptional customer support for mobile services.
In this position, you will handle mobile activations, education, troubleshooting, and escalations. You will act as a white-glove resource for activating new devices, guiding customers through tablet setups, and pairing wearable devices. Your day will involve educating customers on accessories and add-ons, troubleshooting complex device issues, and assisting with account security and access recovery. You will also ensure devices, counters, and walkways remain clean and accessible, while fulfilling on-demand deliveries and identifying opportunities to upsell.
