About the Role

As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager, you will lead and mentor a team focused on water and wastewater projects, overseeing the design and management of linear infrastructure, treatment facilities, and regional water planning. The role is designed for professionals eager to drive growth and take ownership of complex projects ranging from raw water intakes and booster pump stations to sanitary sewer system design and asset management.

Work Environment

We offer a hybrid work model, allowing for a flexible schedule of two days in the office and three days from home. This setup supports a healthy balance between professional collaboration and personal flexibility.
