The Workplace Experience Manager is the heartbeat of our client's daily office operations. This role goes beyond standard management; you will lead the workplace team and serve as the primary point of contact for all client service needs and escalations. Your mission is to ensure a high-quality, safe, and efficient work environment that supports the client's business goals.
In this position, you will drive team performance and resolve issues proactively. You will manage critical operations including mail processing, facilities support, and vendor coordination, while maintaining strong relationships with building partners and internal stakeholders. From overseeing new hire training programs to preparing quarterly business reviews, you will be the face of TMG, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
