This position is for a Work Week Manager located at Peach Bottom CEC in Delta, PA. You will be responsible for directing the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week. During the execution week, you will ensure adherence to the On-line Risk profile, Technical Specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) Procedures.
You will direct the implementation of the work week schedule in a safe, effective, and efficient manner, crossing organizational boundaries to work with all departments and designated Project Managers to resolve conflicts that challenge schedule safety and performance. Your goal is to ensure fleet and CEC goals are met during your respective execution week while managing priority emergent work and coaching the work management organization.
