This position is located at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear in Lusby, MD. The Senior Work Week Manager serves as a critical leader responsible for directing the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week. This role leverages prior supervisory or managerial experience to efficiently execute duties while ensuring strict adherence to the On-line Risk profile, Technical Specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) Procedures.
During the execution week, you will direct the implementation of the work schedule in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. The role requires crossing organizational boundaries to collaborate with all departments and designated Project Managers to resolve conflicts that challenge schedule safety and performance. You will be responsible for ensuring fleet and CEC goals are met, while also coaching and mentoring members of the Work Management and CEC personnel. This is a strategic position that requires former supervisory or managerial experience to address the business needs of the CECs.
