This position is for a Work Week Manager located at the Peach Bottom Clean Energy Center (CEC) in Delta, PA. The role is critical to ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient execution of maintenance and operational schedules. You will direct the development of detailed plans for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week.
During the execution week, you will ensure adherence to the On-line Risk profile, Technical Specifications, and CEC Procedures. This role requires crossing organizational boundaries to collaborate with all departments and designated Project Managers to resolve conflicts that challenge schedule safety and performance. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring that fleet and CEC goals are met during your respective execution week.

Strong personal computer (PC) scheduling knowledge. Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification. Engineering or Technical Degree. Supervisory or managerial experience. Willingness to occasionally work nights and/or weekends.
