About the Role

This position is for a Work Week Manager located at the Peach Bottom Clean Energy Center (CEC) in Delta, PA. The role is critical to ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient execution of maintenance and operational schedules. You will direct the development of detailed plans for corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week.

During the execution week, you will ensure adherence to the On-line Risk profile, Technical Specifications, and CEC Procedures. This role requires crossing organizational boundaries to collaborate with all departments and designated Project Managers to resolve conflicts that challenge schedule safety and performance. Your goal is to ensure fleet and CEC goals are met while managing priority emergent work and fostering the development of the work management organization through coaching and mentorship.

Requirements
