Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage priority emergent work during the assigned work week
- check_circleEvaluate scheduling execution data and develop weekly performance analysis reports
- check_circleCoach, mentor, and develop members of the work management organization
- check_circleProvide direction to planners, schedulers, and project managers for accurate schedule creation
- check_circleDirect and coordinate detailed schedule development for assigned work weeks to ensure compliance
- check_circleAssist in forced outage coordination as required by operational needs
- check_circleOversee work week schedule execution to maintain safety and efficiency standards
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements
- verifiedFavorable medical examination and/or testing
- verifiedStrong personal computer (PC) scheduling knowledge
- verifiedCurrent or previous Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification
- verifiedEngineering or Technical Degree
- verifiedSupervisory or managerial experience
