About the Role

This position is for a Work Week Manager located at Peach Bottom CEC in Delta, PA. You will be responsible for directing the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week. During the execution week, you will ensure adherence to the On-line Risk profile, Technical Specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) Procedures.

You will direct the implementation of the work week schedule in a safe, effective, and efficient manner, crossing organizational boundaries to collaborate with all departments and designated Project Managers. Your role involves solving conflicts that challenge schedule safety and performance, ensuring that fleet and CEC goals are met during your respective execution week. You will also coach, mentor, and develop members of the work management organization.

The expected salary range for this role is $126,900 to $141,000, varying based on experience.
