About the Role
The Wholesale Customer Service Representative serves as a vital bridge between the sales team and our wholesale customers. Reporting directly to the Wholesale Fuels General Manager, this role is dedicated to executing the sales business plan in alignment with the company's Mission and Vision Statements. The position exists to ensure seamless account management, foster strong relationships with customers and outside agencies, and drive operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
In this role, you will work closely with sales, accounting, and operations teams to support new business development, manage account setups, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will leverage technical tools and quantitative data to research customer programs, prepare progress reports for leadership, and maintain accurate documentation within our CRM systems. The role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, capable of multitasking and adapting to ongoing changes while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
